Introductory Wheel Throwing Course
Tuesdays or Thursdays 6-9pm
Over the span of 10 weeks, beginner pottery students will learn the fundamentals of making pottery on the wheel at Charles Street Studios in Northvale, New Jersey. The first two hours of class will be lesson-based, while the remaining hour will be used for students to work at their own pace and clean up.
Students will learn how to wedge and center clay, throw and trim forms on the wheel, and glaze and fire their pieces to take home. Personal instruction will be provided by studio potter, Shawn McNulty-Kowal. The studio will provide the necessary tools. Students will be responsible for paying for clay and firing fees.
When: Beginner Tuesday, starting September 15th, lasting 10 weeks, 6 pm-9 pm
Intermediate Thursdays, starting September 17th, lasting 10 weeks, 6pm-9pm.

Private Wheel Throwing Course
If you are looking for personalized instruction tailored to your specific we can arrange that.
Price: $90 / hour
We can also arrange private group lessons, whether its girls night out, a team building event or a family outing for a maximum of 8 people. Price available upon request.
