Charles Street Studios gives you room to make real work.
Our studio has 10 pottery wheels, wedging tables, a slab roller, extruders, and ample work tables to accommodate your creative process.
We fire to cone 6 in our two electric kilns, ensuring your pieces are professionally finished.
All in-house made glazes are included in our firing fees.
A selection of high-quality clays is available for purchase, allowing you to choose the perfect material for your projects.

Flexible Rental Options
- Semi-private workspaces of different sizes are available for rent at $300 monthly.
- Studio shelf rentals are available for $200 a month. This provides a space of approximately 24”x24”x36” to store tools and works in progress.
- A monthly shelf rental gives you 24/7 access to the studio. Occasional workshops may limit access.
- Rent is due on the first of every month. Rentals are month to month. Please provide 2 weeks’ notice prior to the end of the month if you wish to end your rental.
- Clays will have to be purchased.
- Bisque and glazing fees are to be paid when placed on the firing shelf.
- Payment methods accepted are Venmo, PayPal, Cash, or check.

Located in Northvale, New Jersey, our 2,500 sq ft ceramics studio is the perfect creative space for pottery enthusiasts of all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, we offer a variety of classes and memberships to fit your needs.

Once you successfully complete one of our beginner-level courses, you become eligible for a membership. Our memberships are designed for individuals already familiar with working in a communal ceramics studio, providing you with the freedom to create at your own pace
